Lizzy Plapinger and Max Hershenow, the duo better known as MsMr, clearly relished the opportunity to play a headlining gig and a smile did not leave Lizzy’s face for the entire performance. Almost overawed by the crowd’s response, the duo danced and sang their hearts out for nearly 2 hours with songs from both their albums Secondhand Rapture and How does it Feel.
With the recent release of How does it Feel, it is rare that the crowd is this engaging and so familiar with these tunes already. There were several times throughout the night that I could see how deeply this affected Lizzy, almost to a point of disbelief that all the love in the room was for them.
Great catchy songs with an infectious beat meant everybody had a good time and should MsMr return to Sydney, I will definitely be lining up to see them again!
